From our first Meet the Brewer with Upslope Brewing on Thursday to newly-named Local Relic’s awesome beer dinner on Saturday, this week is jam packed with amazing events sure to please any and every beer-loving individual.
Joining us Thursday evening will be their brewer, Sam Scruby, who will talk about the beer that they make, Upslope’s role in the craft beer industry, and any other cool happenings that Upslope is a part of.

Cooling cukes are such a nice treat that we decided to make a Saison d’été with them. Adding a large amount of English cucumbers per barrel, and just enough lemon zest to lend an overall brightness to the beer, this recipe is quickly becoming legendary.6.4% ABV; rare.
