Every year, our neighbors to the north celebrate beer for a whole week! Pikes Peak Brewing is hosting Monument Beer Week once again starting with today’s Oktoberfest. There’s a bunch of event’s going on, so take a few hours out of your busy week and head up the interstate for some great beer and fun times!

Oktoberfest at Pikes Peak Brewing
Craft Crawl • 11am-1pm
In the tradition of the Oktoberfest Volksmarch, join PPBC for a walking tour of three local craft beverage businesses!
Stops include Catriona Wine Cellars, 3 Hundred Days of Shine Distillery, and PPBC.
Stop by the brewery Saturday at 11am to get your Craft Crawl Map and start the Crawl!

Whimsy County Frog Festival • 1-5pm

Chocolate and Beer Pairings featuring 1492 Chocolates
Special chocolates, perfectly paired with their Gold Rush Belgian Strong Ale have been whipped up by 1492 Chocolates in Monument! Available while supplies last!
ALL WEEK: Progressive Beer Dinner featuring Pikes Peak Beer and participating Tri-Lakes Restaurants – Free PPBC Snifter!
Throughout the week, several local restaurants will offer a special small plate paired with their choice of PPBC beer, served in a PPBC logo snifter for you to take home, while supplies last! Be sure to take a picture of yourself enjoying the Progressive Beer Dinner and show it to your PPBC server on Friday and get $1 off your Monument Beer Week dessert!

We love St. Paddy’s so much we celebrate twice each year!! We’ll have special Irish style food available all day, Guinness on Nitro, and very special guests, Celtic Rock band, Delilah’s Revenge starting at 6pm!!
Release of Local 5 Pale Ale
PPBC is so proud to have been chosen for the 3rd year in a row to brew the Local 5 Pale ale, which benefits the Colorado Springs Local 5 Fire Fighters Union and their efforts to help the families of fallen firefighters.

PPBC debuts their “Peak Can”
With 32 oz of beer inside, the Peak Can will help make any party better! Fill it with your choice of suds and watch it get sealed before your very eyes! They will be getting rid of their 1 liter growlers in lieu of this environmentally-friendly option!

Bines and Brews Festival
Join Pikes Peak Brewing and nine other breweries in a fresh hop festival! Over the past few weeks, each of 10 breweries have been picking hops specially for this festival, and you get to taste the results! Everyone had the same hops, so it will be interesting to see what’s been brewed. Tickets are $30 and are available at the Tri-Lakes Chamber website.
