Dry Dock Sour Apricot Blonde
Fettuccine pasta with a fresh cream and Emu egg based Carbonara sauce, fresh herbs, snow peas and shaved Gruyere cheese.
Dry Dock Old Ale
Split Pea Soup
Yellow Split Peas cooked with caramelized Vidalia onions and pit roasted suckling pig.
Dry Dock Double IPA with Habanero Apricot Blonde
Baby Kale Salad
Baby Kale with Char-broiled Zucchini, Yellow Squash, Sweet Corn and Havarti Dill cheese. Dressed with a roasted Jalapeño and Apricot Blonde Vinaigrette.
Dry Dock Hop Abomination
Mesquite Smoked Brisket shaved pencil thin and served with spicy Jalapeño Cornbread and a Ham Hock Pinto Bean Chili.
Dry Dock Vanilla PorterVanilla Crème Brûlée
Crème Brûlée made with whole Madagascar Vanilla Bean and topped with caramelized Vanilla sugar and a Black Berry Coulis.
